Dumpling packaging production line, with each bag weighing 1000g, requiring high accuracy and secure sealing. However, the customer’s workshop has insufficient height and width. We provide free on-site solutions:
We solved the width issue by using an elevator with chain buckets passing through the wall. The multihead weigher is placed horizontally on the ground and conveys dumplings to the packaging and sealing station via additional chain buckets, resolving all the customer’s problems.

Difficulty Analysis:
The customer's workshop has height and width restrictions with limited space. A design plan must be formulated based on an on-site inspection of the workshop.
Solution:
After on-site investigation and measurement (we provide free on-site solutions, except for remote areas, please understand), we designed a customized solution: the chain bucket elevator passes through the wall to solve the problem of insufficient space. The multihead weigher for feeding is placed horizontally on the ground and conveys materials to the packaging and sealing station through additional chain buckets, thus solving all the customer’s problems.
